  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festivals, sales, or peak shopping seasons, order processing may take slightly longer.

We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as:

The courier partner will be selected based on your delivery location to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

  • Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders as displayed during checkout.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or special delivery locations.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

  • Courier Partner Details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect mobile number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for sending the order again.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Festivals
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Remote delivery locations

Prince Shoe World is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product
  • A missing item

Please include:

  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Our support team will assist you as quickly as possible.

9. Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

10. International Shipping

At present, Prince Shoe World ships only within India.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

11. Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
